Kacper Jarecki is the Community Library Manager of Cambria Heights Community Library and has been a delegate since 2016.

Kacper enjoys reading (specifically Eeeee Eee Eeee by Tao Lin and How to Make Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie), riding his motorcycle and camping in nature alone, and cat-sitting all over NYC (except for Staten Island) in his spare time. As an immigrant born in a cold and distant country, Kacper knows first-hand how difficult it can be to be an outsider, so he tries to make everyone feel at ease and welcome at the library because the world can be such a hard place!
