ATLANTA, Ga. – Snow began falling in Atlanta at noon on Tuesday, and as drivers took to the streets, chaos ensued. While most Atlantans were able to leave their workplaces yesterday afternoon, Atlanta Public School bus drivers who are members of AFSCME Local 1644 stayed on the job, transporting children safely home over ice-slicked roads.
